Our work is grounded in real-world experience, trauma-informed practice and a clear understanding of the systemic barriers faced by individuals and communities. We’ve seen first-hand the impact of adversity in communities especially where this collides with neurodiversity in children and young people, impacting on their educational development and life chances. We know that the best solutions are co-designed with the people they affect.
